In order to sign up please head to the Membership Tab on our Resolute Training Center App.(https://apps.apple.com/us/app/resolute-training-center/id6742322012) Click the membership option you wish to purchase and fill out all the information. from there book your first session by clicking the Book Here. Read more about booking sessions on the "How do do I book sessions?" FAQ.
No - these memberships are recurring each month automatically. Once you sign up your sessions will auto-renew each month with your membership charge as well. Please make sure to cancel your membership before your next billing cycle begins if you do not plan to attend the following month. Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel prior to next billing cycle.
You can always upgrade or downgrade as you please. If you wish to do so please see the FAQ regarding Upgrade and Downgrades.

Head to the memberships tab on the Resolute Training Center App.(https://apps.apple.com/us/app/resolute-training-center/id6742322012) Click Manage My Membership at the top of the page.
Once on the next screen, click your membership, then the 3 dots at the top right hand corner of the next screen. Press cancel and fill out the necessary information. If you wish to cancel immediately, you will lose access to any booking access. If you choose to cancel at the end of the billing period, you will be able to access any remaining sessions you have until the end of the billing period.
You can sign back up for a membership at anytime on the memberships tab.

In order to upgrade or downgrade a membership, please make sure to go through the cancellation process first. Please refer back to FAQs for instructions.
Once previous membership is cancelled, head back to Memberships tab on the Resolute Training Center App. (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/resolute-training-center/id6742322012)Select the membership you wish to upgrade or downgrade to and complete the purchase process. Make sure to select your preferred start date as well!

Head to the Book Now tab on the resolute training center app. Select the correct location first!
From there look for the correct session based Age, Gender, and position (ex. Boys HS - Offense Session). Select the session and confirm your booking under the "upcoming sessions" tab at the bottom of the screen.
Make sure that your membership is selected as the preferred payment method un der "View Payment Options" when reserving the session! This will ensure you are using your sessions and not being charged additionally to your membership.

Head to the Book Now Tab on the Resolute Training Center App. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and find the Upcoming Sessions Tab. Select the session you wish to reschedule or cancel and go through the process.
You cannot cancel or reschedule sessions retroactively, please make sure to reschedule or cancel before the session in order to receive your credit back automatically.
