Winter training for DeSales HS Boys Lacrosse!
DeSales Athletes — Resolute Training Center is offering a Winter Training package. Great way to get tuned up positionally for spring tryouts! Registration is open, but closes on December 31st. Please read what all is included below:

Price - $100 ($25/session)

4 x 60 Min Positional sessions that can be used at any RTC Academy session — Easton location included. Sessions are at 4:00 PM before box games!

Elite coaching staff of former pro and college players focused on skill development, speed, and decision-making.

Perfect preseason prep, giving players high-rep, high-quality touches before spring tryouts and the 2026 season.

Offense
HS Offense Session
Easton:
- Mondays @ 4:00 PM
Hilliard:
- Mon/ Wed / Fri @ 4:00 PM
Defense
HS Defense Session
Easton:
- Mondays @ 4:00 PM
Hilliard:
- Wednesday @ 5:00 PM
- Friday @ 6:30 PM
Faceoff & Goalie
Athletes in these specialties are welcome to book any available session across both locations.
These positions are flexible and can attend youth, middle school, or high school slots based on their current level.
Reminders
Registration is required for all sessions — drop-ins are not permitted.
Athletes must train within their age and position grouping to ensure balanced competition and safety.
Please review the session descriptions in your registration link before confirming your spot.
RTC staff will monitor attendance and make adjustments if necessary.
